At ELEGOO, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for damage or missing parts, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
